Wax Laminating | ||
A technology for laminating multiple materials with resin wax such as aluminum
foil and paper, and aluminum foil and resin film, in order to produce damp-proof,
water-resistant, and light-shielding packages. This technology is applicable
to both foil wax and paper wax and is best for wrapping chocolates and
cookies. |
Glue Laminating | ||
Together with a chemical maker, we developed and introduced an emulsion type adhesive that complies with the Food Sanitation Standards. Its high adhesiveness prevents the exfoliation of laminated materials, even if they are subject to heat sealing or other heat treatments. With this adhesive, it is possible to laminate aluminum foil and paper, as well as paper and paper. The laminated material can be used to wrap any foods, both hard and soft, and thick and juicy. Its elasticity enables the flexible design of package shapes.

Dry Laminating | ||
Taking advantage of our know-how on resins, we use a special solvent free
resin of 100% solid content. This resin has no remnant effluvia that were
a problem for conventional wrapping materials for foods. The joined surfaces
need not be dried. Accordingly, curling, pitch misalignment, and other
problems that were traditionally inherent to the drying process no longer
occur. As a result, thin films can be laminated. Currently, thin films
of up to 1,200 mm in length can be laminated.
|
Polylaminating | ||
Making use of our technologies and know-how on bonding different materials, we have produced transparent packages using a combination of moisture-proof, waterproof, and antioxidant films. These packages are flexible and suitable as a wrapping material. Quickly responding to versatile needs, we are producing a variety of wrapping materials with excellent characteristics.
|
Gravure Rotary Printing | ||
Making use of our abundant technologies on printing, we are performing gravure rotary printing on paper, aluminum foils, resin films, and cellophane. Being engaged in the entire process from the planning and designing stages to the printing and bag making stages, we carry out various types of printing such as color, monochrome, and multicolor printings, that draw out the charm and enhance the added value of the goods.
|
Wax Coating | ||
Having developed various laminating techniques, we perform coating with
paraffin wax, as well as hot-melt coating with highly viscous resins, on
both sides of thin films such as paper and aluminum foils, according to
their applications and purposes. Our excellent coating techniques meet
requirements such as enhancing waterproof and moisture-proof capabilities
and adding a warm texture.
|
Embossing | ||
Embossing makes packages made of aluminum foil look more expensive and softer. It can form many patterns including mat, mat waffle, and satin finished. Embossing company names on the packages adds value to the goods..
|
Injection | ||
Having introduced the most advanced high-speed thin-walled molding equipment,
we are producing resin containers with characteristics including heat-stability,
antibacterial properties, transparency, and chemical resistance, suitable
to their applications. With a monthly capacity for producing one million
food containers, this equipment produces food containers for pudding and
jelly for example, as well as detergent containers and small storage boxes.
These containers are all produced under our strict production management
and are gaining a high reputation as high-quality goods.
|
PSP Sheets | ||
Making full use of our know-how on the geometry and functional designs
of packing materials and foam molding techniques, we use impact-resistant
sheets with high load bearing characteristics. These sheets can protect
fragile goods and foods such as creampuffs and Japanese cakes. Color and
printed PSP sheets are also available. PSP sheets can be formed so as to
fit the shape and color of the goods. PSP sheets are finding many applications
to make the goods look more attractive.
